Pasadena Eye Center is proud to offer our new Patient Portal – allowing our patients convenient, secure access to our office online, 24/7. Instead of time-consuming phone calls or reaching voice mail, our Patient Portal allows you instant access to your medical information and secure communication with doctors and staff.

With the Patient Portal, you will have the ability to:
send secure messages directly to your doctor and staff
retrieve your chart summary
request medication refills
order contact lenses
pay your statement

Prior to your appointment, you may also save time in the office by:
updating your demographics and/or insurance
completing your forms and paperwork
sending your current medication list so that staff may update your record


How To Enroll

If you are an existing patient and would like to begin utilizing the Patient Portal, call our office. We will need to verify your identity and email address on file and then issue a “PIN” so you may set-up your account.
If you are a new patient, at the time of scheduling an appointment, we will obtain some of your demographic information as well as your email address and then issue your “PIN” for account set-up and enrollment.
